Cancellations & Returns Policy

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase and where possible will consider all enquiries.  Should you have a Refund, Returns & Repair claim, please fill out our Cancellations and Returns Form and submit online.

The YAALI COLLECTIVE Refund, Return & Repair Policy applies where you make a purchase online, or at an event in which YAALI COLLECTIVE is in attendance.

We strongly suggest you read our Cancellations and Returns Policy prior to you making a purchase from YAALI COLLECTIVE, so you are familiar with our terms and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

YAALI COLLECTIVE carefully creates our products to ensure they meet the needs of our clients. As a client, you must determine if the product will meet the needs of the children for which it is purchased for. Requesting a return simply because you changed your mind or intended to use the product for a younger/older child that the product is appropriate for will not entitle you to a refund.  If unsure or our website does not provide age-appropriate information, please contact YAALI COLLECTIVE through our website and we will provide the appropriate information for you.

Upon receiving your goods, we highly recommend that you inspect the goods immediately to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods, including that the goods are of acceptable quality, and match the description we have provided to you. All claims for genuine faults or damaged goods must be lodged to YAALI COLLECTIVE by Refund, Returns & Repair Form within seven (7) days of receipt.

CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been accepted by the YAALI COLLECTIVE , you can only cancel, vary or suspend the order (whether in whole or in part) upon the following conditions:

  • No cancellation, variation or suspension will be effective or recognised unless, and only to the extent, that YAALI COLLECTIVE agrees in writing to such cancellation, variation or suspension.

  • You agree to pay all costs, expenses and liabilities incurred by YAALI COLLECTIVE as a result of cancellation, variation or suspension of the order which may include, but is not limited to, a 20% administrative fee.

  • You involuntarily accept a consequential delay of your order as a result of the variation or suspension of your order.

RETURNED GOODS

All claims for incorrectly ordered goods must be lodged with our office within seven (7) days of receipt. YAALI COLLECTIVE reserve the right to reject a returns goods claim. Goods returned to our warehouse is at your expense and you will involuntarily accept a handling and restocking charge of 15% or $10.00 (whichever is the greater) applies. YAALI COLLECTIVE will provide you with the remainder of the original sale price in way of store gift card or store credit.

PLEASE NOTE: All goods returned must be in genuine, saleable condition and accompanied by a copy of the respective invoice.
